Why one firm
Renovation is a sequence, not a shopping list
The order the trades come in decides how much the job costs and how long it takes, far more than any individual price does.
Rewire before plaster, plaster before floor, floor before kitchen. Get it wrong and you pay twice — once to do it and once to repair what the next trade damaged.
Running the whole programme means we plan the order once, and nobody is standing on a finished floor with a bag of plaster.
- One programme covering every trade
- Structural work calculated and signed off
- Plastering, flooring and decorating included
- Windows, doors and glazing by the same team

Where we start
What a renovation covers
Survey and plan
What is behind the walls, where services run, what the floor sits on.
Structural work
Openings and walls, with the beam calculated and signed off.
First fix
Electrics and plumbing reworked before anything is closed up.
Plastering
Walls and ceilings left flat and ready for paint.
Kitchens and bathrooms
Designed, supplied and fitted within the same programme.
Finishing
Flooring, decorating and clearing up before we hand it back.
Worth knowing
Do the disruptive things together
If two jobs both mean lifting the floor or opening a wall, doing them a year apart costs far more than doing them at once.
Rewiring, replumbing and structural work all involve destroying finishes that then have to be replaced. Every time you do one separately you pay for that destruction and repair again.
It is worth telling us everything you are considering, even the parts you were planning for later. Sometimes bringing one forward saves more than it costs.

Kitchens

Bathrooms
Full bathroom refits from strip-out to tiling, including moving services and getting the falls and waterproofing right.

Living Spaces
Knocking through, opening up, and turning a set of small dark rooms into somewhere the family actually uses.

Refurbishments
Whole-house work — a tired property brought back room by room, or a rental turned round between tenancies.
