How quickly will you get back to me?

Usually the same working day. If you send the form outside opening hours we’ll pick it up first thing, and you’ll get an email straight away confirming it arrived.

Is a quote really free?

Yes, and there’s no obligation attached to it. We’ll come and look, measure properly and send a written, itemised price. What you do with it is up to you.

Do I have to come to the showroom?

Not at all — most surveys happen at your house, which is where the work is. But the showroom on Station Road has windows, doors, kitchens and bathrooms in if you’d rather see things in person first. There’s parking at the rear.

What areas do you cover?

East Grinstead and the surrounding towns and villages across Sussex, Surrey and Kent. If you’re not sure whether you’re in range, ring and ask rather than assuming — we’ll tell you straight.

Can I send photos of the job?

Yes, and it helps. Email them to customerservices@holtyewindows.co.uk or send them over WhatsApp — often we can give you a rough idea before anyone visits.

Do you do emergency repairs?

For broken glass, failed locks and doors that won’t secure, call rather than emailing. We’ll tell you honestly whether we can get to you and how soon.
